UPCX1/RSAE3 is a three (3) year Advance Exchange program for the UPCX1 compact digital roll printer.

 

Customers receive a total of 3 years program coverage from date of purchase. Under the AE Program, customers are entitled to (at Sony's discretion) the exchange of defective components with new or refurbished replacement units of comparable functionality.

Advance Exchange units are available next business day.

Also included in the program are three (3) years total 24 x 7 dedicated, toll-free telephone support from date of purchase, all repair parts and labor, and all shipping costs to the Customers location from Sony for Advance Exchange replacement units.
