  My respect for KOBI's service, delivery on time and all glass in perfect condition. One of the UV lamps came damaged and this was replaced immediately ....   I recently bought the "introductory" package, and I'm pleased to have done so. The people at KOBIS.COM made it easy, and the product arrived very quickly and well packaged. A couple of the pieces were slightly flawed, which they took care of immediately; I had replacements within two days.
