This wired remote control system is perfect to conveniently control the SnapLab digital photo printer from a remote location.
The SnapLab digital photo printer must utilize V2.00 firmware or greater which can be downloaded from www.sony.net/Products/DP-driver/index.html .
SNAPLAB FIRMWARE V2.01 OR HIGHER can only be upgraded from a Windows PC.
Product Description:
Snapay is a wired remote control system for use with the SnapLab digital
photo printer (UPCR10L). This control helps cashiers conveniently control
the SnapLab printer from a remote location up to 5m (16 feet) away while
still maintaining customer privacy.
When the customer selects the pictures they want printed via the
SnapLab digital photo printer, the print details are displayed on the
Snapay’s LCD screen. The customer is then instructed to pay the cashier.
When payment is complete the cashier releases the digital photo prints to
the SapLab printer by simply pressing the Snapay start button. Snapay
displays print quantity, print size and total order cost.

Setting Up The System SnapLab administration settings Mode Selection, Price Indication,
Pricing and Password must be configured before using Snapay.
• Select Full Mode or Quick Mode under Screens Tab
• Set Price Indication to ON and input Pricing accordingly under
Pricing Tab
• Set Password to ON under Administration Tab
1. Turn off the SnapLab printer
2. Connect serial cable to the RS232 port at the back of the SL
3. Power on the Snapay by connecting it to the main power. Do not
power on the SnapLab printer!
4. Insert the supplied CF card into the memory card expansion slot
behind the right-hand side panel on the SnapLab printer
5. Power on the SnapLab printer. When Snapay is powered up, the
screen will show SnapLab Remote Control.
