| SPSUPDR80/EW3 - Sony UPDR80 - 3 Yr Extended Warranty Agreement
Sony Professional Services is pleased to introduce a new Service Agreement for the UP-DR80 compact professional portrait and photo package printer. Customers purchasing this agreement receive 3 total years coverage from date of purchase. The agreement is available for purchase at the time of the product sale, and up to 30 days after. The SPSUPDR80/EW3 Extended Warranty program is an extension of the standard Sony Limited Product Warranty to a total of 3 years. The EW includes the following: • All parts and labor to effect repairs for problems caused as a result of any defect in material or workmanship. (excludes: wear and tear, consumable items, usage based parts warranties). Refer to the standard limited product warranty for details: www.sony.com/professionalservices/warranty • Return shipping cost for the Customer’s covered Sony product(s) is included. EW Service Process: 1. If a Customer has a problem, they call Sony at 866-766-9272. Customers will inform Sony of their certificate number so that Sony will be able to access their information. 2. If the cause of the problem is covered by the warranty, the Customer’s EW entitlement is checked and the Customer will be advised where to send their defective product for repair. NOTE: Customer must ensure completion of the registration card/online form. If Sony does not receive this registration information from the Customer, the process for receiving service may be delayed, and the Customer may have to send proof of purchase to Sony.
