We request your billing and shipping information for credit card address verification and shipping purposes, as we must verify this information before we can ship out any order! Your credit card information will be deleted after we process your order. Your personal information, email address and purchases history, will not be sold, distributed, bartered, or traded. Periodically, we may send you an email of special sale items.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.
If your USA order failed to be delivered to you 10 days after ordering, please contact us immediately.

If an item is back-ordered, we will promptly notify you by phone or email. Your credit card will be charged only for shipped merchandise.
Shopping cart prices do not include shipping charges, handling charges or insurance, where applicable.
We reserve the right to contact the customer for additional freight charge in situations where shipping charges were computed erroneously, due to over sized packages, double boxing, high insurance cost, etc.
Your pre-approval of freight costs is required.
We reserve the right to use a different shipper other than the one chosen, including; UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or others.

We recommend the customer to add insurance to the order.  Please note that title to merchandise is transferred to customer once merchandise has left our warehouse.

International Buyers: We do not charge you any tax or duty, however, you may be subject to customs duty/tax and brokerage fees, payable at destination.
Please inquire with the local authorities prior to purchasing.

USPS shipments: If your shipment is delayed, has been lost or damaged in transit, you understand that tracing and insurance claims with the USPS can take up to 60 days, and you agree not to request a replacement before a USPS resolution is provided.

All orders are subject to address verification.

Please note: Free shipping offers, if available, are valid for shipping via UPS only in the lower 48 USA and requires a $500 minimum order.

Return Policy
All equipment sales are final!

All products are guaranteed by their respective manufacturer. Warranty information, if applicable, is included in the packages.
You must inspect the merchandise upon receipt.  Should a product never arrives, or arrives defective or short, please notify us immediately, but no later than 7 days from delivery date.
You must contact the shipping company to initiate a claim. Do not discard the shipping box, and your cooperation with the shipping company investigation may be required.
Defective merchandise may be returned and exchanged for the same model number at no charge.
Returned or refused merchandise is subject to 20% restocking fees, plus, return shipping fees.
Freight charge are NOT refundable.  Any shipping charges we paid the carrier for merchandise shipped under free shipping offers, will be deducted form any refund.
Should a refund be issued at any time after the order was placed, you agree that up to 3% in fees we originally paid as the seller for processing the order, will not be returned to you.
